Our book about cooking with fire was released in Danish in July 2019. It is a hands-on guide to selecting the best firewood, building and lighting various different fires suitable for cooking. The book contains 82 recipes, from easy to not-so-easy dishes cooked over an open fire using various techniques. Besides we share our thoughts about how cooking with fire can bring joy to your life in so many other ways than just by pleasing the tastebuds.
